Benefits for our People
We conduct undertake Aboriginal place-based hiring, drawing on local Indigenous talent in regional hubs such as Newman, Port Hedland, Karratha, Newcastle, Singleton, and Muswellbrook, among others. This approach enables on-the-job upskilling, which reduces FIFO dependency and improves project continuity.
i24s is firmly focused on creating economic resilience for regional communities, as we recognise Labour Hire contracts channel wages directly into regional Aboriginal communities, which produces intergenerational wealth creation, business reinvestment and reduces welfare dependency.
