Governance
Our Chief Executive Officer, Angela Kickett, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and oversees governance. She provides strategic guidance and ensures adherence to best practice governance standards – this has created a culture of trust, transparency and operational excellence – to support clients’ objectives and uphold our social licence.

We conduct business in an honest and ethical manner, including managing and mitigating risk, preserving robust standards of integrity and transparency, and continuously engaging with our stakeholders.

i24s has a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and bribery, unethical business practices and Modern Slavery (including servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking). We enforce systems to ensure human rights violations do not occur within i24s or within our supply chain.
We onboard employees, sub-contractors, other parties undertaking work for i24s, suppliers and business partners with our Code of Conduct, Business Partner Code of Conduct and corporate governance policies.
Moreover, we encourage openness in relation to grievance management and adhere to our Whistleblower Policy.
